RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Sourcing and procurement of raw materials.
· Works closely with Planner to maintain an optimal inventory level of raw materials.
· Monitors suppliers’ performance – quality, delivery and services.
· Ensures a continuous flow of materials to meet production requirements.
· Responsible for continuous sourcing, for competitive materials.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and favourable terms.
· Issue PO and follow up on Supplier PO confirmation.
· Maintain supplier lead time in the system frequently.
· Other ad-hoc duties, when required
COMPETENCE:
· Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
· Good command of English, verbal and written
· Strong negotiate and communication skill.
· Proficient in SAP B1 skills will be advantage
