Responsibilities:
· Strategic guidance and foster team collaboration through meetings and effective communication channels.
· Proactively address production challenges and develop a workforce that adapts to changing demands.
· Optimize production schedules based on customer needs, resource constraints, and priorities.
· Drive performance against KPIs aligned with organizational objectives.
· Spearhead quality improvement initiatives through ETQ and 8D problem-solving methodologies to eliminate defects and implement preventive measures.
· Promote continuous improvement using Lean-Sigma tools.
· Ensuring compliance with HSE and Ergonomics guidelines
· Manage resources effectively, including absenteeism, leave, overtime planning, and skills development.
· Train and assess new employees, ensuring proficiency and competence.
· Maintain safety culture, meeting all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering
· Minimum of 2 years of proven leadership and people management experience.
· Demonstrated knowledge of assembly, machining, or painting processes.
· Strong understanding of Lean principles and their implementation in value streams.
