Key responsibilities:
· Prepare necessary paperwork for projects
· Plan projects schedules
· Support admin functions
· Assist Management in handling daily office operations
· Site visits when necessary
· Manage company website, social media and contents
· Any ad-hoc duties when assigned
Key requirements:
· Minimum GCE O' levels
. Fresh graduates are welcome
· Possess advanced skills in Excel & Words
· Time management and organization skills as you will be dealing with strict deadlines and you will have to keep track of your responsibilities and priorities
· Strong ability to organise work schedules
· Self-motivated with strong ability to prioritize tasks and perform multiple duties simultaneously
