Job responsibilities:
• Prepare full sets of accounts (including AR & AP), financial statements and assist in audits.
• Handle petty cash
• Prepare Invoices for customers
• Data entry, including supplier invoices
• GST preparation
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Management
Job requirements:
• Degree/Post graduate in Accounting/Finance/Business or a recognised professional qualification
• Experience of more than 5 years in Accounting, Relevent experience in aviation, shipping and logistics will be an added advantage
• Candidate must possess sufficient knowledge in MS Office applications
• Willingness to learn
• Required language: English
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Able to meet deadlines
• Have a good interpersonal and analytical skills and have strong work ethics
• Hands on experience in MYOB account software will be an added advantage
• Able to join immediately
