- Position : Admin Assistant (Client Support-Investment)
- Location : Near Shenton Way MRT
- Working hours : Monday - Friday office hours, 9.30am to 6:00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + 7 Days Annual Leave
- Duration : 6 month contract -renewable or convertible to permanent
- Industry : Asset/Investment management
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing files and documents to be sent out or received by the respective client relations.
- Scanning and copying documents before their delivery to clients and/or the operations team in HQ (Mumbai).
- Assisting with data entry and database management.
- Supporting the team with additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- O level and above
- Proficient in software applications
- Minimum 1 year relevant application
