Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive CI/CD process for our Tableau platform, integrating seamlessly with Github.
- Develop a user-friendly application to automate and simplify the migration of Tableau workbooks across the enterprise.
- Create clear and concise documentation for the new CI/CD process and migration application, minimizing the learning curve for users.
- Conduct training sessions to effectively onboard users on the new workflows and tools.
- Develop scripts to automate various tasks, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual effort.
- Participate in some business-as-usual (BAU) operations to gain in-depth knowledge of the Tableau environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 to 7 years of experience in system development and integration.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Oracle.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and their application in data integration.
- Working knowledge of Tableau and Tableau Server administration.
- Prior experience in supporting and maintaining enterprise applications is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge in DevOps principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Positive learning attitude and a willingness to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
