Key responsibilities:
Administrative support:
- Efficiently manage and organise schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
- Handle all correspondence with professionalism, including emails, phone calls, and written communication.
- Prepare, edit, and present documents, reports and presentations with high attention to detail.
Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are covered.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Information Management:
- Maintain an organised and accessible filing system for both electronic and paper documents.
- Conduct research and gather necessary information to support decision-making processes.
- Include marketing on digital and social media platforms
Communication:
- Serve as a key liaison between internal contacts, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Project Management:
- Assist in planning and executing various projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates, contributing to successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- No experience is required
- Be able to commit minimally 4 months full-time
