Responsibilities
• Prepare project tender documents and contracts.
• Participate in pre-tender activities with clients, architects, and project managers, and raise pre-bid queries.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for optimal prices and terms.
• Perform cost estimation, quantity take-offs, source suppliers and quotations, verify claims, and prepare progress and variation claims.
• Provide project costing, prepare and carry out budgetary control
• Handle monthly progress claim and final claim
• Attending to all relevant administration and documentation for the project
• Coordinate with other departments and subcontractors.
• All other QS related job
Requirements
• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalents.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction industry.
