About The Role
Kerry Consulting is working with a prominent player in the global educational sector.
They are seeking for a highly organised Executive Assistant to support the CEO and day to day operations for the APAC team.
Responsibilities:
Aligned with the company's growth strategy and in response to the expanding business activities, you will support the CEO in executing calendar management, travel arrangements, report preparation and event planning. You will also act as a liaison between the CEO and various HODs from global offices and oversee various events and receptions. You will also collaborate in the daily affairs in the Singapore Team, such as document reporting and other adhoc tasks given by the CEO.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role should come with a Bachelor’s Degree and prior 5 years of working experience supporting C-suite level stakeholders. You should have strong and effective communication and presentation skills both oral and written, due to the stakeholders involved. Someone who is organised, efficient and have high attention to detail and accuracy is preferred as well.
