QHSE Personnel

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead HSE activities: You will be responsible for overseeing all health, safety, environmental, and quality assurance/quality control aspects of projects. This includes developing and implementing QHSE systems, ensuring compliance with regulations (ISO standards), and leading your team to deliver high-quality work.
  • Incident investigation and reporting: You will be responsible for investigating incidents, non-conformances, and client complaints. You will also need to prepare reports and ensure they are submitted to the client within deadlines.
  • Document control and quality assurance: You will ensure all project documents are reviewed for accuracy and formatted correctly before issuance. You will also oversee procedures for manned diving and ROV operations.
  • QHSE audits and inspections: You will conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QHSE standards. This includes overseeing the project's QHSE Management System and conducting safety inspections of equipment and operations.
  • Accountable for the development, management and implementation of company’s quality policies, procedures, programs, and practices, to ensure continuous compliance with appropriate standards and regulations. This will include ensuring the upkeep of the QHSE systems and policies to meet the requirements of QHSE standards, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 including accreditations from the class societies.
  • Training and competence: You will be responsible for providing QHSE training to staff and ensuring personnel competency meets industry standards.
  • Continuous improvement: You will analyze QHSE data, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
  • Collaboration and communication: You will collaborate with relevant personnel including Supervisors on audits and advise management on safety issues and improvements.
  • Responsible to develop QHSE plans, QHSE procedures, Emergency Response Plan.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or its equivalent preferred.
  • Have working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 19011:2018 Guidelines for auditing management system.
  • Fully conversant as a QHSE support function with all methods of ROV and diving.
  • Qualified lead Incident Investigator
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in similar role with underwater diving and rov operations preferred.
