Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle cashiering duties.
Open and close the retail store.
Organize and display products neatly on shelves.
Conduct stock-take and replenish stock promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the retail store daily.
Perform any other duties assigned by your superior.
Manage point-of-sale processes.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Stay updated with product information.
Accurately describe product features and benefits.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Demonstrate good working commitment.
Possess strong interpersonal skills.
Be self-motivated to achieve sales targets.
Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
Retail experience preferred; those keen to work in retail without experience are also welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
