Our client is a leading organisation specialised in the manufacturing, installation, sales and maintenance of elevators and escalators. Due to fast expansion, they are actively seeking for Service QA Officer
Summary
- To co-ordinate and perform inspection works on newly installed and existing equipment under maintenance contracts
Responsibilities
- Assist the manage/senior engineer in any technical aspect of the equipment
- Carry out inspection on newly installed equipment and equipment under maintenance
- Attend to safety and performance-related breakdowns of equipment
- Planning and implementation of new measures to improve performance of equipment
- Investigate and submit report on the technical failures of equipment
- Act as calibration committee member when assigned by senior manager and to ensure all instruments within the department are properly documented and calibrated
- Assist in technical training of subordinates within the department
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification with computer literacy
- Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Lift Industry or related field
- Possess own vehicle
