Responsibilities:
- Capture and book invoices for travel and expenditures for APAC-based team members.
- Support the FP&A Manager by updating Actual Spend in global/regional files.
- Act as the primary contact for Inter-Company transactions.
- Manage and distribute Corporate Card and other claims, ensuring accurate charges and cost center confirmation.
- Liaise with colleagues on accruals, reversals, posting actuals, and journal entries.
- Monitor and maintain monthly KPI dashboards and update tracking sheets.
Requirements:
- BA or degree in Finance / Accounting (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in finance and administration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint or Google Sheets and Slides.
- Good communication skills and basic accounting knowledge.
