Job Responsibilities:
- Perform review/processing full sets of accounts for clients in accordance with accounting standards & guidelines
- Review of GST report and perform GST filing
- Review/Prepare periodic management report and fixed asset register
- Liaise with external auditors and various stakeholders for queries, discrepancies and, irregularities in accounts
- Ensure proper book-keeping records
- Perform general office administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Minimum degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent
- Able to work both independently and in a team, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Relevant working experience in Accounting firm is an advantage
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin language
- Competent in Quickbooks/Xero accounting software (Training will be provided)
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
