Job Responsibility:
- Conduct daily inspection of the building and ensure works carried out by the service providers, such as Cleaning, Security, Pest Control, Landscape, Garbage Disposal and Toilet Hygiene for the development.
- Liaise with the Building Services Team, Engineering Services Team, Car Park & Security Team on all operational matters.
- Liaise with 3 hotels’ representatives on cleaning matters around the hotel areas and their encroachment matters at common property area.
- Attend to tenants’ queries and feedback through phone and or email and work closely with the tenants to ensure all necessary actions are taken and followed through.
- Liaise with tenants on Food Waste Digester Management for usage, encourage tracking tenant participation, and coordinate monthly reporting.
- Report and raise Work Requisition Form (WRF) on any defect and tenants’ requests. To monitor the works progress till completion.
- Contract administration of handling calling quotations and tender work specifications, and coordinating with vendors/contractors for services and repairs.
- Assist in administrative works such as filing of documents and the delivery of letters / circulars to tenants
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Levels/Nitec and above with minimum 1 year of working experience in similar function.
- Experience in mixed-development (retail & office) operations is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Required to work afternoon shift, with one weekend every 3 weeks.
