Main Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process which includes job postings, facilitating interviews, reference checks, employment offer, managing on-boarding process.
- Assist in reviewing manpower requirements with the company top management and develop recruitment strategies.
- Administer Work Pass application, renewal, and cancellation.
- Administer internship program and work study diploma program including relevant grants application.
- Create and maintain the analytics and reports on HR metrices related to talent acquisition.
- Maintain a positive employee relationship environment and advise employees on HR policies and processes.
- Ensure employees' personal particulars and employment data are updated.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files & records.
- Prepare monthly salary documents for payroll processing.
- Administer the performance management exercise annually.
- Participate in HR projects and other HR initiatives.
- Support office administration function.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
- Positive working attitude and a good team player.
