Job Description:

• Strategic planning and implementation:

1. Define the company’s vision and mission and develop a long-term strategy.
2. Implement specific action plans to achieve business goals.

• Overall management:

1. Manage the company's financial situation, performance, and resources.
2. Coordinates and integrates between departments to maintain efficient operations.

• Business Development and Marketing

1. Develop new business and expand existing business.
2. Identify new business opportunities through market research.
3. Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand value.

• Customer and stakeholder relationship building.

1. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and investors.
2. Develop strategies to meet stakeholder expectations.

• Team Leadership and Development:.

1. Provide leadership within the organization, mentoring and developing team members.
2. Fosters the culture and values of the company and provides a good working environment.

• Driving innovation:

1. Promote research and development of new technologies to ensure the company's competitive advantage.
2. Create new services utilizing advanced technologies such as Web3 and blockchain.

Requirements:

• Min 8 years of management experience in a similar startup accelerator industry
• Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients
• At least a degree in Business & Adminstration or related field
