Visa Arrangements:
· Coordinate and manage visa applications.
· Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa agencies to ensure timely processing of visa documents.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and requirements for various countries.
· Prepare necessary documentation for visa applications and ensure all paperwork is accurately completed.
Handling of Personal Assets:
· Oversee the management of personal properties, including sale of personal assets if required.
· Maintain detailed records of personal assets and ensure all documentation is properly filed and updated.
· Packing, organization, arrangement of logistics and shipping of assets.
Administrative Support:
· Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
· Perform other administrative tasks and errands as required.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
· Extensive experience with visa arrangements and understanding of visa requirements.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Working location will be at Sentosa.
