Job Responsibilities
• To lead the team to develop and enhance system to cater for business needs, at the same time govern solution architecture/design and enhancement quality.
• Understand business direction and requirement, propose and formulate scalable IT solutions.
• Design system architecture and system road map. Lead the team to complete the system implementation and rollout.
• Manage IT project and service delivery with quality.
• Plan IT resource base on systemization needs.
• Manage vendors to delivery IT project and service.
• Work closely with other delivery team in company for total IT solution.
• Plan and manage IT budget and activities base on business requirement and ROI.
• Manage total expenses and recovery for IT team, to ensure sustainability.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
• Experience in IT solutions and service in sales and manufacturing logistics and SCM domain (More than 8 years working experience as solution lead).
• IT management experience with people management (with team size not less than 5) and budget/expenses control.
• IT project and service experience with integration to ERP, and data exchange (EDI, Web service, etc) with business partners.
• Know-how and working experience with latest IT technology and agile implementation methodology.
• Regional working experience is an added advantage, travel in Asian region is required depends on projects.
• Teamwork, able to work with team members and other delivery team with multi-cultural, both on site and off shore in the region.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with both customer management, and working level, communicate with internal team both onsite and off shore, communicate with other department within IT company.
