Selected candidate will be engaged under a third-party agency payroll for the tenure of employment in SRC. 1-year contract (Renewable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project Manager on the organising and liaising with all stakeholders and Shareholders to support the Project Assurance events and engagement.
- Key Person for developing and monitoring the timely execution of Project Assurance based on Plan.
- Liaise and book calendar of Shareholders SMEs and facilitators to support such assurance workshops as well as to coordinate and organise such large assurance workshop.
- Support Technical Manager and Engineering Manager on interface issues and monitoring closure to risk issues identified.
- Lead Risk Workshop and manage/monitor the items close out for the Project Assurance workshop, Interface meeting and Risk workshop.
- Consolidate of past lesson learnt for project sharing and implementation.
- Liaise with Shareholders and 3rd parties on the resources/SMEs support on the Workshop.
- Main coordinator and consolidator of all the workshops action plan and closeout.
- Report IAR issues and status to Project Leadership weekly and to Shareholders monthly.
- Work with Planner to ensure Owner's team and Shareholders SMEs timely support all the assurance session and workshop, especially for competitive FEED.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 - 20 years of work experience in Oil & Gas Industry in Project management or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate project activities, multi parties and countries interface and Construction Activities.
- Good working knowledge on FEED and EPC execution requirements.
- Familiar with Project Assurance and SRC organization are preferred.
