Overview:
- Work Schedule: 5 Days, Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.)
- Location: Jurong Island, Singapore
- Company Transportation: Provided from Jurong East / Boon Lay MRT
- Monthly Base Salary: Up to SGD 4,000 (Depending on relevant experience)
- Additional Benefits: Allowance + Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Coordination: Request quotations and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and compliance with specifications.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain the Legal Register and ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
- ESH Data Management: Collect and analyze ESH-related data, conduct workplace inspections, and promote a safety-oriented culture.
- Training and Induction: Conduct safety induction courses and provide ongoing training for contractors and staff.
- Safety Improvements: Identify areas for improvement, assist in Safety, Health, and Management System (SHMS) audits, and enhance emergency preparedness.
Entry Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) management.
- Education: Diploma in Environmental Sciences, Civil Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- Certifications: Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Certification; familiarity with ISO standards and Management System elements.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of Singapore's legal requirements and expertise in process safety.
