Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks for the clinic, including scheduling appointments, directing phone calls, filing documents, and handling patient registration in the clinic system.
- Assist therapists in delivering patient care.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk or reception area of the Specialist Clinic.
- Obtain insurance approvals as necessary and update patient records as required.
- Coordinate prescribed diagnostic tests (such as Laboratory, X-ray, MRI), physiotherapy, and pracitioner referrals.
- Obtain and verify patient billing information, and collect payments.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the clinic, facilities, and equipment; notify the HOD if maintenance or repairs are needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HOD.
Requirements:
- Minimum "N" Level qualification.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident and fluent in English.
- Proficient in computer use.
- Responsible, dependable, punctual, and a team player.
- Previous experience in a private specialist clinic setting is preferred.
