- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Lead and manage construction teams, including subcontractors and on-site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, including progress, costs, and any potential risks.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Resolve any on-site conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure smooth project operations.
