Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate with customers, forwarders, logistics vendors and internal teams on shipment readiness and ensure smooth execution of shipments
- Provide sales & admin support to the sales team.
- Coordinate and liaise with freight forwarders on shipment.
- Work closely with customers & vendors to resolve and achieve customer & vendors satisfaction
- Willing to travel to our overseas subsidiary.
Requirements
- Diploma in related discipline. Preferably with experience in Office Admin.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
