About the Role
As a proficient ERP Deployment Lead, you will lead a team of specialists to ensure smooth project implementations. Your main duty will be overseeing the entire deployment lifecycle, from initial planning to continuous post-implementation support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop deployment plans, managing interdependencies and ensuring smooth execution.
- Monitor progress closely and coordinate effectively with teams and vendors.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency with Oracle applications and systems.
- Evaluate system performance to optimize functionality and reliability.
- Stay updated with Oracle technologies and best practices for informed decision-making.
- Align deployment strategies with business goals to maintain efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related industry with 10+ years’ exposure as ERP deployment lead
- Proven expertise in managing successful large-scale ERP project implementations
- Strong knowledge in ERP deployment, especially in Oracle Fusion Cloud / SAP / Oracle eBusiness Suite / etc.
- Skillful problem solver with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
