Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for Public Libraries programmes. This includes data entry, copyediting of programme synopses and liaising with various departments.
- Manage and respond to public enquiries via email.
Requirements
- Min Diploma
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Meticulous and organised.
- Ability to communicate with the public and handle enquiries.
- Good proficiency in English and able to write reasonably well.
