Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling our cutting-edge cloud-based technological solutions to enterprises. This role will specifically focus on intelligent voice assistants and network solutions, including wireless technologies, firewall solutions, and licensing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue from existing accounts, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Prospect and acquire new clients by leveraging industry knowledge and networking within the enterprise sector.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer retention rates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Additional Ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Qualification requirements:
- Min O levels or equivalent
- Related experience in IT solution sales
- Experience in handling corporate accounts ( Hospitality )
