Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key KOLs, influencer agencies, and content creators.
- Create and implement programs that activate these creators to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize the efficiency of creator campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of influencer strategies.
- Proficient in quantitatively analyzing program success and optimizing strategies based on data insights.
Deliverable:
- Experience building relationship-based programs before e.g. creator programs or community
- Demonstrate ability or experience to deliver programs end-to-end
- Moderate to high level of proficiency in data manipulation, particularly using Google Sheets.
- Comfortable managing budgets and analyzing campaign performance with an analytical mindset.
- Proven ability to manage programs from conception to execution and results.
