Basic + AWS + VB + Transport reimbursement
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)
2. Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)
3. Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
4. Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock)
5. Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Candidates must be able to converse and write basic Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers.
- Need to handle PO issuing, good in incoterm, at least able to handle more than 100/mth (we handle 2-3K PO per month but automated)
- Twice a year for travelling to SEA - 3-4 days per trip to customer/ supplier
- Able to do OT, sometime until 9pm
