We are currently looking for Full Time Accounting personnel to join our team.
Responsibilities
The scope of responsibility includes regular Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Intercompany charges, Expenses end to end cycles, including the following: -
· Liaise with the business unit for verification of the invoices and costs accruals
· Ensure timely recording of accounting entries into accounting system
. Provide support in handling daily sales-related documentation
. Maintain proper filling & documentation
. Assist with Month-end closing activities (bank reconciliation, BS schedules and others
· Ensure timely recording of accounting entries into accounting system
· GST Submission
. Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Certification in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Proficient in MS office and Quickbooks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail
- Experience or Knowledge of Marketing & social media is an advantage
