Job scopes:
- Picking up calls from client and getting information and pass them to manager.
- Replying email to clients getting complete information and pass it to manager or sales department.
- Preparing daily report.
- Drafting email to agents.
- Preparing quotes to clients.
- Sourcing costings.
- Gathering market information.
- Any other administrative matters as needed.
Requirement:
- Min 1 year of admin support experience.
