- Devise and execute small scale cell culture studies
- Ensure safe operation and practices of PD laboratory equipment
- Manage PD lab facilities and equipment maintenance to be in compliance
- Generate technical and scientific reports
- Participate in teams and collaborate cross-functionally with representatives from other functions and sites to transfer and support drug substance manufacturing processes
- Organize and conduct meetings. Actively creates, generates, and presents data/conclusions at internal and cross functional meetings
- Applies team experiences to facilitate cohesiveness and build team
- Collect data from electronic systems for use in PD reports and regulatory filings
- Perform data verification of self-work and the work of others for process support.
- Undertakes additional responsibilities within the PD function to ensure department smooth functioning, for example (but not limited to) overseeing 5S implementation
- Performs analytical testing to support cell culture activities
