Merchandising Administrative Assistant

The Hr Ecology Pte. Ltd.

Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Merchandising team.
  • Item creation, processing stock transfers.
  • Assist with filing of paperwork and data entry to ensure that all relevant records are up-to-date.
  • Prepare and generate reports.
  • Any other duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Excel such as Vlookup
  • Mature, meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Resourceful, flexible and a good team player
  • Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be bilingual
