Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support publicity and communications: Assist in the development and execution of communication efforts to meet the departmental objectives.
• Social media content development: create engaging content to enhance visibility.
• Event management: support in the running of internal and external events.
• Online platform management: Update and maintain content on online platforms (website and Intranet).
• Administrative duties: Perform various administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.
Critical Skills/Knowledge:
• Has a keen interest in social media, publicity, events, and communications.
• Operational experience in digital media tools and editing tools, including proficiency in CapCut and premiere pro for video editing. Adobe InDesign, photoshop for design and expertise in creating engaging content for social media platforms such as reels.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE A Levels/Diploma in any discipline
- No working experience required as on-the-job training is provided
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
