Responsibilities:
- Provide user support.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications.
- Provide basic Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) administration.
- Provide basic Microsoft 365 administration.
Requirements:
- Basic networking skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Experience with Windows Desktop OS
- Basic experience with Windows Server OS
- Basic experience with Microsoft 365.
