Job Description
· Arrange and schedule staff of the company
· Attend and arrange work with service staff
· Work with service staff to fine-tune service standard
· Keep and update weekly schedules of operations
· In charge of the admin of the Staffs including reporting to the management
· Need to manage the staff and assist the management in handling all the issues of the staff
· Attend monthly meetings pertaining to service standard matters
Requirements
· Ability to communicate well with staff from F&B joints/ Pub
· 2 to 3 years’ experience as Performing Artiste Manager or related manager
· Able to communicate well with the service staffs
· Strong experience in working in Puub environment
