- Taking Off of quantities for Pre & Post Tender
- Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
- Source for supplies and sub-contractors for tendering
- Co-ordinate and manage site activities of site staff, subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor daily site progress and capture variation works
- Site measurement on completed works if required
- Attend site meeting and meeting of clients to discuss about project
- Submission of quotations, progress claim, works order, invoices and delivery order.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Specifications:
· Min qualification: Diploma in Quantity Surveying or construction-related discipline
· Able to use AutoCAD
· Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
· Good contractual knowledge and administration
· Meticulous and detail-oriented
· Good organisation skills, and able to multi-task
· Good written communication skills in English
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently, and under pressure, to meet deadlines
· Able to coordinate/communicate with project team
· Able to speak Chinese will be an advantage
