Responsibilities:
- Preparing and revising presentations, Regional Reports and maintaining databases on a regular basis.
- Prepare communications, presentations, custom reports, commercial analyses, and so on for Regional Management when necessary.
- Coordinating periodic Regional Meetings with the countries and disseminating communication within the Region on behalf the Management.
- Liaise with Corporate HQ for various coordination as assigned by the Regional Management.
- Consult and keep communicate with Country Management, Regional Commercial Team and Business Partners on specific policies and procedures.
- Managing the Regional’s Travelling Schedules, Agenda and Reporting.
- Other Duties and Responsibilities as assigned by Regional Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of relevant exeprience.
- Preferably with experience taking meeting minutes.
