Responsibilities
- Maintenance, checking of system and equipment.
- Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
- Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
- Planning and coordination of repair and upgrading works
- Supervise the progress of M&E works on site
- Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Mechanical & Electrical services from main contractor.
- Understand BIM for design coordination
- Proactive, responsible and keen to work in a team.
- Highly organized and capable of prioritizing multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
