- Handle full set of accounts for all group companies in Singapore, and overseas subsdiaries.
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Closing and preparing for full set of accounts for Singapore office and overseas offices related to Singapore.
- Accounts Book keeping for offices in various countries.
- Regulate all purchases by the company
- Verify invoices and process payment
- Verify and update petty cash reports into the accounting system
- Prepare accounts schedules
- Monitor and record payments for agent commissions
- Handle Payroll, CPF, GST, IRAS etc related matters
- Handle employees claims, travel claims etc
- Other duties as assigned by Head of Department
