- Create project budget, schedule project activities.
- Manage from point of contract with Builder to view works sites and proposal requirement needed for the lift installation.
- Attend site meetings and conduct site inspection.
- Ensures project running smoothly and completed on time.
- Order equipment according to requires specification.
- Liase with building contractors, sub-contractors and project team members.
- Takes charge of day to day running of projects and updating of plans & schedules as and when there are variations to them.
- Conducting all aspects of project activities, including attendance to technical meetings and discussions with clients and suppliers.
