JOB DESCRIPTION
La Maison du Whisky is currently seeking an Export Business Developer to join the LMDW APAC team. This person will collaborate with the Export team to nurture the existing business in APAC region and find new opportunities to grow within this region. This individual should be passionate, innovative, and self-motivated with strong business savvy and a customer-focused mindset.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prospect, lead & develop the portfolio of distributors in selected export markets by defining dedicated strategies
· Work with distributors to implement priority actions in their markets and distribution networks
· Ensure the operational follow-up of client relationships (logistics flow, product allocations, and order management)
· Manage, challenge, and monitor the performance and the marketing budgets used by brand, market, and channel
· Participate in events, trade shows in Asia, and travel to clients in different markets
· Develop promotional plans by brand, market/distributor, and network
· Implement Trade Marketing plans: Develop 360-degree tools adapted locally and to the scope (development of special offers, events, newsletters, point of sale advertising, etc.)
· Regularly report on relationships with distributors and actions taken in the field
REQUIREMENTS
· With a high-education degree (Master Degree), you ideally have some initial experience in business development within an export sales department
· Taste for challenges, initiative, and entrepreneurial spirit
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
· Keen analytical skills & good problem-solving attitude
· Proactive & Team-oriented
· Passion for whisky and fine spirits is a plus
· Comfortable with Microsoft Office
· English is mandatory

WORK LOCATION: UE Square / Fort Canning MRT
