Location: Pioneer
Working hours: Tuesday to Friday - 9am to 7pm / Saturday or Sunday 11am to 3pm. (Rest on Monday)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a database of volunteers and/or migrant workers
- Support in engaging volunteers and/or migrant workers
- Support in manning and operating premises
- Support volunteers and/or migrant workers, when the need arises
- Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to carry out activities
- Monitor effectiveness of programmes and recommend new activities that may be beneficial for volunteers and/or migrant workers
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant working experiences
- Any experience in engaging migrant workers would be advantageous
- A valid class 3 driving license would be preferred
