Job Titile: Operations Executive

Duration of Service:

• Contract Period: From 29 July 2024 to 28 July 2025.
• Option to Extend: The Contractor grants the School the option to extend the Contract for a further period of 29 July 2025 – 28 July 2026.

Personnel Deployment Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 3:30pm, inclusive of half an hour lunch break
• Fridays: 6:30am to 3:00pm, inclusive of half an hour lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Assist Operations Manager in the following:

• Supervise and manage daily operations on site.
• Plan and organise manpower for operations.
• Lead and mentor junior officers/staff.
• Perform minor repair work.
  

1. Identify faults to ensure the school is safe and the building is properly maintained.
2. Accompany contractors when they are in school for repairs/maintenance.
3. Handle security/access control at school gates, mainly (but not limited to) the new drop-off/pick-up along Aljunied Road.

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel:

The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

1. Building Construction Authority (BCA) diploma in Facilities Management-related discipline or relevant and equivalent qualification.
2. An effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. A meticulous individual who is able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
4. 3 years of relevant work experience.
