The Embassy of Belgium in Singapore is seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to its team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assistance with Embassy (social, cultural) events and visits
- Support in political and economic reporting
- Managing the Embassy’s presence on the social media
- Provide general administrative support
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal or Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant in a diplomatic or corporate setting
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Fluency in French and/or Dutch would be a strong asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
