Job Description:
* Manage and oversee daily site operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
* Ensure compliance with LTA standards, specifications, and regulations.
* Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
* Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly.
* Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
* Ensure accurate setting out and leveling of the works in accordance with project requirements.
* Prepare and submit daily site reports, inspection requests, and other necessary documentation.
* Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate project needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays if necessary.
* Exhibit resilience and the ability to handle the physical and mental demands of the job.
* Adapt to changing project requirements and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
* Attend regular site meetings and provide updates on project progress and any issues encountered.
* Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience working on LTA projects.
* Strong understanding of LTA standards, regulations, and requirements.
* Excellent leadership and management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
* Physically fit and mentally strong to handle the demands of the job.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to work long and flexible hours as required by the project.
