Job Description:
- Support the Membership Team in organising events.
- Manage inquiries, registrations, and payments for Membership events.
- Maintain membership records through member outreach via phone calls and emails.
- Undertake other tasks as delegated by the Membership Department.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualifications: GCE A-Level, Polytechnic Diploma, or equivalent.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Meticulous and with good customer service mindset.
- Available to work from 1 August 2024 to 31 October 2024.
