· Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
· Preparing statutory accounts.
· Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
· Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
· Recording and filing cash transactions.
· Controlling credit and chasing debt.
· Invoice processing and filing.
· Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
· Bank reconciliation.
· Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
· Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
Job Requirement:
· Minimum GCE 'O' Levels.
· Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience will be advantageous.
· Familiar with basic accounting principles and practices.
· Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Application.
· A team player with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Meticulous, hardworking and able to multi-task effectively.
· Working Location: 60 Benoi Road (Beside Joo Koon MRT)
· Working Hours: 8.30 am to 12.30 pm (Mon – Fri)
· Salary: $10 - $12 per hour
