Job Description:
- Preparing shipping documents and/or airfreight documentation.
- Liaise between officers, agents and clients to make sure timely delivery arrangement.
- Coordinate with permit declarants for The Custom's documentation.
- Verifying vendors’ invoices & agents' debit notes.
- Arrangement of payments to co-loaders and carrier.
- Keep track of orders and ensure payment terms are being adhere.
- Deliver timely and exceptional internal/external customer service related to shipment status/coordination.
- Declaration of daily cargo clearance/export permits through Tradeweb.
- Maintenance of permit records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Experience in freight forwarding preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work as a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge in import goods and The Custom documentation will be advantageous.
- Fresh grads with Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent are welcome to apply.
