Job Description:
- Attend to patients needs in a calm and courteous manner.
- Handle new clients/patients’ inquiries and provide prompt responses and assistance.
- Promote positive relations with all individuals who come in contact.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and pertinent health screening data
- Work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
- Analyze and resolve problems while exercising good judgment.
Job requirement:
- Minimum GCE N / O levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience as a Receptionist or any Front Line Counter will be added advantage
- Candidate must be IT Savy
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm
